Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
